With this, we launch a new series. Looking back 1500 years, St. Gregory the Great wrote an insightful guide for leaders. This is the result of a two-year long labor of love, with thanks to Bethel University for providing to time to bring this project to completion.

This is the introductory episode, to provide you with the groundwork you need to navigate the next 100 episodes of this podcast.
